We will gladly accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping) within 30 days of purchase for new and unused items. Items returned after this time or in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a recorded postage service to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Barn & Brass cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Item(s) must be in new, unused and rin original packaging. We regret we cannot accept returns for item(s) in any other condition.
Faulty / Defective Items
Please check your items for damage or missing items on delivery. If damaged or missing goods exist in your order you must report this within 30 days of delivery. We will then send out a replacement for the faulty item and arrange collection of the faulty goods, if you are unsatisfied with the faulty item then we will also offer a refund.
