Bespoke casting service
One of a kind.
Cast in solid brass.
From a Victorian door knocker to a custom shelf bracket, we work directly with homeowners, architects, and heritage specialists to design and cast bespoke solid brass pieces — built to the exact proportions, profile, and finish your project demands.

"Every heritage home, architectural project, and considered interior deserves hardware that was made for it — not found for it."
What we cast
If it can be drawn, we can cast it in brass
We work across the full range of architectural and interior hardware. Below are the most common bespoke commissions — but if your idea isn't listed, get in touch anyway.
Door knockers
Period-appropriate or entirely original designs. Ring knockers, lion heads, letter plates, and custom motifs cast from your drawings or reference images.
Window fittings
Casement stays, sash lifts, espagnolette bolts, and window handles matched to your existing joinery profile or designed from scratch to complement your glazing.
Shelf brackets
Cantilevered and traditional bracket profiles in any size. Decorative or structural, plain or detailed — cast to carry the exact shelf depth and load your project requires.
Cabinet handles
Bespoke bar handles, cup pulls, knobs, and escutcheons sized to your cabinetry. Matched to an existing set, extended into discontinued lines, or designed entirely new.
Door furniture
Lever handles, mortice knobs, pull handles, and door stops — individually cast to match the scale and character of your doors, from Georgian six-panel to contemporary pivot.
Pipe & rail fittings
Pipe collars, wall brackets, rail ends, and junction pieces for exposed pipework, curtain systems, and wardrobing — in any diameter, spacing, or wall projection.
Architectural details
Newel post caps, stair nosings, light switch and socket surrounds, hooks, number plates — the finishing details that elevate a building from well renovated to truly complete.
Something else entirely
Have a sketch, a photograph of a reference piece, or just a concept? Bring it to us. If it can be drawn, measured, and cast in brass, we want to hear about it.

How it works
From brief to brass
We combine traditional foundry craft with modern design and prototyping tools to move quickly from idea to finished piece — without cutting corners on quality.
Consult
Every project begins with a conversation. Tell us about your space, your reference points, and what you're trying to achieve. We'll advise on feasibility, finish options, quantities, and timescales — no obligation.
Design
Working from your sketches, photographs, or architectural drawings, our team produces detailed technical drawings. We refine proportions, profiles, and fixings until the design is exactly right — before a single mould is made.
Prototype
Using rapid prototyping and 3D modelling, we produce a physical sample for your approval. Hold it, test it against the door or drawer, see how it sits in the space. Only when you're satisfied do we move to production.
Cast
We use both modern lost-wax casting for intricate, high-detail work and traditional sand casting for larger, more architectural pieces — choosing the method that gives the best result for your specific design, not the cheapest process.
Finish
Every piece is hand finished to your specified surface. Polished, brushed, satin, aged, lacquered, or unlacquered — we match existing hardware if you're extending a set, or establish a new standard for your whole project.
Deliver
Pieces are carefully packaged and delivered with full installation guidance. For larger architectural projects, we can coordinate direct delivery to site. We hold the pattern, so reorders and matched additions are always available.
